The Vigilant Dispatcher takes down information such as
name, address, and telephone number. He also records any information
relevant to the fire or medical emergency.

He inputs this information into the computer aided
dispatch system. This will automatically give him cross
streets, hydrant locations, and any other important
information we have stored about the location.

He immediately notifies Vigilant Fire Company
members by voice pagers, which alert them to an
emergency situation.
|
|
The Members hear the message over their pagers, and
respond to the location of the emergency.
